We are seeking experienced and passionate Wellness Partners to support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing through engaging, person‐centred programs at our BlueCare facilities in Gold Coast region.

Location: Facilities available across Gold Coast region.
Remuneration: $39.21 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances.
In This Role, You Will
* Facilitate inclusive group and 1:1 wellness activities that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing.
* Build respectful relationships with residents, encouraging independence, dignity, choice and participation through meaningful engagement, companionship and emotional support.
* Collaborate with care staff, clinical teams, families, volunteers, the Wellness Lead and Home Services Lead to ensure programs align with resident needs.
* Guide, support and engage volunteers so they feel confident, informed and able to contribute effectively to resident wellbeing.
* Seek resident and family input to improve programs, contribute ideas in meetings, and help embed HELF Services into everyday home operations.
* Complete lifestyle assessments (with supervision), maintain accurate records, and observe and report changes in resident wellbeing in line with escalation processes.
* Prepare, organise and maintain activity spaces, materials and equipment to ensure safe, welcoming and hazard‐free environments.
* Follow organisational policies (manual handling, WHS, IPC, emergency procedures) and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and observations.
What makes a difference for us?
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience delivering group and 1:1 activity in aged care or community settings.
* Practical experience in creative, social, cognitive and physical activity facilitation.
* Understanding of dementia care, person‐centred practice and cultural safety.
* Knowledge of infection control, manual handling practices and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Exposure to person‐centred care principles and a sound understanding of the needs of older adults.
* Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, care staff and volunteers.
* Strong ability to build positive, respectful and trusting relationships with residents and their families.
* Ability to design and adapt lifestyle and wellness activities for residents with cognitive or physical limitations.
* Understanding of dignity, cultural safety and individual choice in care delivery.
* Stipulated probity checks required by legislation or organisational policy are satisfied.
