Job Title: Childcare Services Leader
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead and support a team of educators in our dynamic environment. The successful applicant will have experience working in remote communities, supporting training capacity for community staff, and working autonomously.
This role requires frequent travel to multiple locations within the MacDonnell Regional Council area. A relocation allowance can be provided for the right applicant.
* Diploma or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
* At least 3 years' experience working in Early Childhood with experience in leadership roles.
* The ability to work in a culturally diverse environment is essential.
* A current First Aid Certificate in Education and Care settings is necessary.
* A valid Australian Driver's License and ability to complete 4WD training are also required.
* An NT working with Children (Ochre) Card or ability to obtain one is mandatory.
* A satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check is needed.
