About the Role: Join us as a Disability Support Worker in our welcoming group homes located between Guildford/Granville and Casula. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and overnight awake shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures our clients receive consistent, quality care in a safe and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Support clients to live fulfilling lives by assisting with daily tasks, community involvement, and skill development Encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions and pursue their personal goals Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment Requirements Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 25-35 hours Must be available for morning 6am-10am shifts A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) Why Join Us?
