LaCosmetique is a growing Korean beauty retail chain with multiple stores across Australia. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the daily operations of our beauty stores.
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and leading the retail team to deliver strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
* Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
* Lead and support retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
* Monitor store sales performance and work toward achieving sales targets
* Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product replenishment
* Assist with staff rostering and team scheduling
* Train, coach, and support retail staff in sales and product knowledge
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Manage return and refund processes according to company policy
* Work closely with Head Office regarding promotions, stock planning, and store operations
* Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns to maximise sales performance
* Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in retail store management
* Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry preferred
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to drive store performance
* Excellent communication and team leadership skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Commercial awareness and understanding of customer behaviour
* Experience with retail POS systems and inventory management
