About The Role Flavorite are excited to be seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Harvest Supervisor to lead and inspire a team in managing our Capsicum crops. Based at our Mansfield location, this critical role is key to ensuring optimal yield, high-quality standards, and the achievement of budgeted levels of production.
What You Will Be Doing As a Harvest Supervisor, you will be responsible for training, guiding, and motivating our Harvest team to meet performance, quality, training and safety targets, whilst maintaining operational efficiencies.
Manage Labour Requirements and Strategy: Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient operations.
Monitor Quality and Performance Targets: Ensure harvesting and production processes meet company standards and performance benchmarks.
Operate Farm Machinery and Equipment: Safely operate and maintain a variety of plant and equipment as required.
Training and Development of Team: One of your key responsibilities is to ensure that your team is skilled, competent and continuously improving, where you contribute to a learning culture and promptly address skill gaps.
