We are seeking an organised, proactive and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit, fun and dynamic team in Bondi Junction. This is a hybrid role, working in office 3 days per week.
In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, from data analysis & insights reporting, trade and consumer marketing material & activity, Amazon channel management, and project coordination.
Salary up to $75,000 plus superannuation.
In this role, you will…
* Conduct competitor research to support new product launches when required
* Deliver monthly reports to the company on pharmacy scan sales, grocery scan sales and Amazon sales, using the reporting platforms Circana (Power BI) and IQVIA
* Bring fresh ideas to the team to support our trade marketing initiatives. Manage the full briefing to printing process for all point-of-sale materials, including working closely with head of marketing, printers, suppliers and the in-house sales team to coordinate the delivery of POS on time.
* Manage all stock and sample needs for HCP, consumer, and trade, including budget tracking and monthly reconciliation
* Ownership of the master brand presenter and assistance in creating presentations for internal Town Halls and external supplier and range review meetings.
* Coordinate the Dermal Therapy and Crampeze Amazon presence, including external agency management, stock orders and price/deal implementation
* Briefing and creation of Healthcare Professional training materials to educate pharmacists and pharmacy assistants on our product
* Support across the grocery channel, including artwork briefing to our internal graphics team and completing new line forms with specs.
* Have the opportunity to attend brand events, photoshoots and medical conferences to support the team.
* Have the opportunity to be involved with our social media content as part of our EGC TikTok strategy - however only if comfortable.

* 1-2 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in an entry-level marketing role
* An ability to be nimble to support a small team
* An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
* Feel comfortable in a fast paced working environment where priorities can change daily.
* Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented attitude
* Exposure to FMCG, pharmaceuticals, Amazon or grocery is a plus, but not an essential
