Here’s what we’re searching for professionally:
* At least 3+ years experience in a similar role with relevant experience;
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Able to work at a fast pace and high volume environment; and
* High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.

To be successful in this role you must:
* Have a passion to lead and coach a large kitchen team of 10+ chefs
* Have the ability to drive financial results and demonstrate strong management skills when dealing with production and managing wastage levels, ensuring sales budgets and profit expectations are met;
* Be solutions-focused, creative and passionate about the industry.
* Strong ability to deliver on WH&S and manage HACCP systems.
