The role
You will be responsible for assisting the Operations and Property Management team with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk.
* Directing calls & messages
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Be the face of the company
* Administration Support for Property Management & Operations team
* Keeping Reception area neat & tidy
* Organising mail, scanning & filing
* Supporting the property managers with entry notices, key handling, application processing
* RARE Monday - Friday role
About you
* Excellent phone manner
* Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team
* Professional presentation & motivated attitude
