Job Description:
Your key responsibilities include performing payroll functions, rostering, and HR master data maintenance in a timely manner. You will liaise with line managers where necessary to ensure accurate data and reporting is available for efficient workforce management.
You will develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues by providing direction and contributing to achieving processing efficiencies and business improvement to optimize customer service and improve service delivery.
You are expected to investigate and respond to payroll service delivery issues quickly and sensitively, correcting errors in a timely manner following enquiry management procedures and resolution timeframes.
You will provide accurate and timely advice in relation to payroll processes, business requirements, and timeframes to clients and colleagues.
Additionally, you will process separations in accordance with payroll standard business processes and industrial legislation.
