Principal Consultant - Reporting to Parents Branch: School Performance Division: System and School Performance Salary: Level 7, $139,860 - $149,485 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA ****) Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time FTE: Location: East Perth Closing Date: ************:30 PM Attachments: - This is a ten (10) month fixed term, full-time position commencing ASAP with possible extension and/or permanency The School Performance Branch has established a reputation for high quality data support for schools, business areas and Corporate Executive, ensuring that all school and student data managed and reported is accurate, accessible, timely and consistent.
The branch is customer focused, collaborative and encourages innovative approaches to delivering services.
The Role The Principal Consultant - Reporting to Parents maintains, updates and enhances the Reporting to Parents application to assist schools with curriculum planning, assessment and reporting management in line with the relevant School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) and Department policies.
They provide high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders on issues related to Reporting to Parents.
If successful, you will liaise with external agencies and Departmental business areas, particularly Information and Communication Technology, on the development, maintenance and enhancement of the Reporting to Parents application.
Additionally, you will be required to monitor and manage staff leave entitlements to ensure leave entitlements are used in accordance with Department policy.
