This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist at Midway Dental Clinic located in Ryde and Ashfield, NSW with future transition into full-time.
Starting part-time role 2-3 days including Saturdays and possibly Sundays (approximately 20-30 hours weekly) with future transition into full-time
40% commission (approximately $20,000 to $30,000 per month take-home)
Full and busy appointment scheduling
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have:
* Your own ABN and private professional indemnity
* A minimum of 2 years experience in private practice (preferably Australia). While 2 years minimum experience is required, we may consider exceptional candidates with slightly less experience
* Experience in either implant dentistry, surgery (ie. wisdom teeth removals) or orthodontics (including clear aligner therapy) is preferable
* Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
OUR PRACTICE
Midway Dental Clinic is established and highly-sought after as we cater to all types of dental treatment including implant dentistry, surgery (ie. wisdom teeth removals and soft/hard tissue grafting), in-house sedation, and orthodontics (both fixed and clear aligner treatment). We prioritise patient- and family-centred care, and are highly reviewed among Google and Google Reviews. Both clinics are equipped with the latest in dental technology including CEREC Omnicams and Primescans, an MCXL milling unit and Speedfire furnace, Sirona 3D Printing, iTero 3D scanners, in‐house OPG and CBCT, digital radiography, surgical setups for wisdom teeth removals and implant placement, CGF machinery, laser and rotary endodontics.
We are indeed a very high billing clinic as our dentists bill a minimum of $4000-$5000 daily. However, this is always in line with appropriate and ethical treatment planning and outcomes.
The right candidate will need to thrive in a busy and stressful environment as they aim to prioritise both their professional development and maintain the practice quality. Clinicians will be allowed clinical autonomy and still benefit from support and mentorship from our lead dentists.
