What We're Looking For
Sales Support
· Prepare sales submissions for new products and product changes
· Ensure approved products remain live and accurate across all platforms
· Manage product listings end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders
· Forecast, track and report on account performance and sales metrics
· Suggest pricing changes based on market movements and cost changes
· Support promotions, campaigns and special events
Product Support
· Provide input in selecting new products from suppliers to the Buyer
· Identify new product trends and opportunities
· Work closely with the Buyer on product range and pricing analysis
Operational Support
· Prepare Supplier and Customer performance reports
· Manage escalations and resolve customer issues proactively
· Be proactive in identifying process or system issues and suggesting solutions
The above list is not exhaustive and there will be adhoc tasks and further support required.

Experience & Background
· Experience in product based Sales admin, support role.
· Ideally your experience is in retail or wholesale environments
· Product experience in home, kitchen, travel or outdoor categories would be desirable
Skills & Attributes
· Strong eye for detail and ensuring accurate reporting of information
· Knowing latest product and social media trends for providing input on new range
· Numerical capability (pricing, margin, sales analysis)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player and willing to get the job done at high pace
· Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable
· Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, Excel, Sharepoint) and willingness to keep learning
