Key Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in financial services, corporate development, investment banking, top-tier accounting, or consulting firms
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related quantitative discipline (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think logically and strategically
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Work on acquisitions, divestments, strategic projects, and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead specific aspects of M&A; projects and manage day-to-day operations
- Design and build valuation and financial models
- Evaluate strategic options and potential acquisition targets
- Manage due diligence processes
- Support strategic planning and investment processes
- Develop clear and compelling business presentations for senior executive audiences
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives across the Group
- Supervise and assist in the training and development of junior team members
