**The Role**
- Assisting in the development of masterplans
- Involvement in the preparation and management of budget feasibilities ensuring maximum profitability
- Developing relationships with builders, JV partners and consultants
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager and Managing Director with feasibility and costing.
- Design coordination and management - Scoping consultants' packages.
- Consultant selection and management
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager with Approvals
- Attending consultant meetings and liaising with government authorities
- Supporting the Contractor selection process
**About You**
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Urban Planning, Property Economics or Construction Management and minimum 2 years-experience. Your professional experience will have been working for a D&C commercial building contractor as Design Coordinator or as an Assistant Development Manager in similar development business.
You will be high energy and passionate about the construction industry, you will demonstrate high levels of initiative, emotional and general intelligence and have a hunger to drive your own career development.
