We're not just looking for sports fans - we want sales champions! We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Surfers Paradise team!
The Role: Assistant Store Manager
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll team up with the Store Manager to inspire and build a powerhouse crew. You'll be at the heart of driving sales, leading the team to success, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Be the customer service guru - handle inquiries, solve problems, and make every customer feel like a VIP.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and merchandising.
* Play a key role in bringing new team members on board, training them, and helping them grow into their full potential.
* Be the right hand to the Store Manager when it comes to rolling out promotions, policies, and keeping the store on point.
* Help manage scheduling to keep the store fully staffed and running smoothly, day in and day out.
* Keep things safe, clean, and organised, making sure both customers and your team have an awesome experience in-store.
What You Bring to the Table:
* Ideally 12 months or more experience in store management or a 3IC role within a retail store environment
* Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales and engaging your team, with sound understanding of KPIs
* Personable with strong people management & coaching skills
* Commercially minded - able to make calculated business decisions
* Self-driven and hungry for growth - take ownership for your results
