This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading What You'll Be Doing: You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, tracking, and analysis of promotional claims and customer rebates. Acting as a key liaison between finance and sales, you'll help ensure all claims are registered, matched, and resolved in a timely manner-while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: Process and match claims and rebates accurately using our Claims Management system Partner with Sales teams to investigate discrepancies and resolve claim disputes Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding claims Provide insights and reporting on claim trends and issues Support continuous process improvements and general finance admin tasks What You'll Bring: 2 years' experience in credit claims, rebates, or similar finance admin roles (FMCG or retail preferred) Strong Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Familiarity with claims systems such as Blueshift is highly regarded Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude Why Join Us?
