As apart-timeHR Business Partnerworkingon-siteinCampbellfield, VIC, you'll become part of a community that values your success, supports your career growth, and celebrates your contributions.What You'll Be Doing This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive, professional & efficient generalist HR support service to specific client department areas at a local level - performance management, disciplinary & grievance, employee communications, training & development, employee relations/ legal, remuneration & benefits and employee satisfaction, in line with Percepta's people strategies.Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition to support a comprehensive, professional, and efficient recruitment service for the AU sites, from the initial identification of a vacancy through to the appointment of a new employee.Facilitates the achievement of Percepta's business objectives by coaching and supporting Managers and Team Leaders with their people management issues, delivering HR projects/ initiatives and identifying and resolving key HR issues.During a Typical Day, You'llAct as an advisor to supervisors and managers, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of personnel actions and concernsSupport managers with performance & absence management issuesAdvise and monitor managers and employees concerning work-related issues, including grievance investigations and disciplinary actions as necessaryConduct exit interviews, analyse data and make recommendations to client department managersConduct employee-related counselling and investigations, as necessaryManage the implementation and ensure compliance of Percepta's Equal Opportunity and Diversity policiesSupport end-to-end recruitment processes, including processing Position Requisition (PR) forms through approval workflows, reviewing job descriptions, and submitting roles for job evaluation and grading as required.Work in partnership with Operations and Talent Acquisition to design and develop relevant recruitment solutions to meet operational requirements that are bespoke to each roleEnsure all vacancies are posted, and Percepta's presence is maintained until the vacancy is filledWork in partnership with Learning & Development, responsible for new hire orientation, and completion of all new hire paperwork necessary for PayrollUpdate and maintain the recruitment shared drive to ensure all documents are up to date, and a consistent approach is adhered to, including providing support and advice for reasonable adjustments if requiredAssist with the annual salary review process through the employee portalComplete internal paperwork to gain approval for salary increases based on a change in roleDevelop and maintain, in conjunction with colleagues, legally compliant HR policies, procedures and processes; identify the lack of policies or policy deficiencies, assess the effectiveness of current policies, and recommend and implement policy changesInterpret/ implements company policies and procedures to all line management and staffEnsure the appraisal process is fully embedded in the client department areaSupport Sr. HR Manager, to ensure employee feedback is gained through the Global Speak Up survey, working with department Managers on improvement and development plans for each departmentSupport the development, implementation and maintenance of all HR related training programsBe responsible for local staff forums and liaison with company-wide employee forumsProvide ad-hoc reports to Finance, Workforce Planning, and Operations concerning attrition, leavers, and historical employee data for assigned departmentsProvide guidance & support in the areas of Health & Safety, Welfare & Social activitiesSupport the internal communications processes and contribute to the HR Intranet sectionProduce weekly and monthly people statistics reportsWork on special projects as required, as agreed with the Sr. HR ManagerHandle personnel administration, filing, etc.Ensure compliance with AU employment legislationWhat You Bring to the RoleUndergraduate University Degree or equivalent experienceCIPD QualifiedMid-level HR Generalist experienceIn-house recruitment experience gained in a similar environmentPrevious practical experience of similar responsibilities as listed above, ideally gained in a contact centre, manufacturing or retail environment, other industries will be consideredExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledgeable with the use of technology, software, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), while continuously keeping up with current technology trendsAbility to influence leadership and employeesExcellent interpersonal skills to enable effective relationshipsSelf-confident with the ability to challenge and 'push back' in an appropriate mannerExcellent organisational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to prioritiseTeam player mindsetAbility to demonstrate integrity and a professional demeanourAbility to multitaskSound judgementApproachableAble to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materialStrong customer service ethosDetail orientation with a high level of accuracyThorough working knowledge of the Data Protection ActProficiency in computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience with Oracle and Kronos would be an advantageGood working knowledge of current employment legislationFlexibility to travel to other sites in the AU with occasional overnight staysAbility to interact with others at varying organisational levelsWhat You Can ExpectCompetitive Salary with IncentivesHybrid/flexible working arrangements;
