Responsibilities:
* Let your culinary skills shine as you prepare and cook mouthwatering dishes to our high standards.
* Thrive under pressure as you handle high-volume numbers without compromising on quality.
* Jam with the band, AKA other kitchen team members, to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
* Training and supporting junior kitchen staff to reach their full potential.
* Unleash your creativity by contributing to menu planning and development.
* Keep the kitchen stage clean and organised, including proper stock storage and rotation.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience as a culinary rockstar, in a similar role.
* Ability to rock it in a high-volume environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to keep the show running smoothly.
* Stellar communication and leadership abilities to keep the team in harmony.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations like a pro.
* Team player mentality with a kick-ass attitude and a genuine passion for food.
