We are on the hunt for a friendly, motivated and experienced Orthodontic Assistant / experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team on a Casual basis
Job Description
* Assist our orthodontists with patient care and procedures.
* Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organised.
* Sterilise instruments and maintain equipment.
* Coordinate treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients
* Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout their care journey
* Support administrative tasks and patient management.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Prior experience in the dental/orthodontic industry is strongly preferred
* Team Player: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment.
