Building Young Men Program Coordinator
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate and administer the Building Young Men programs in Bathurst. This part-time role will involve working with schools, mentors, and participants to deliver programs that promote positive youth development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program logistics, reporting to stakeholders, and organizing end-of-program celebrations. They will also be responsible for recruiting schools, participants, and mentors, and creating marketing materials to promote the program.
This role is supported by funding from NSW Office of Sport and is fixed-term through to June 30, 2027. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth development or a similar field, a tertiary qualification in social work or a relevant area, and strong organizational skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in youth development or a similar field
* Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a relevant area
* Current driver's license and valid WWCC
