The Role
As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the performance, culture, and profitability of both venues. You'll lead the day‑to‑day operations of the flagship restaurant while providing strategic and light‑touch oversight of its sister venue, ensuring consistency, alignment, and shared standards across both.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a balance of operational excellence and long‑term strategic thinking. You'll shape culture, implement systems and structure, mentor emerging leaders, and drive the venues toward their commercial and brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate front‑of‑house team, setting the tone for professionalism, culture, and consistency.
* Implement and maintain operational systems, structures, and SOPs for seamless service delivery.
* Mentor and guide emerging leaders, building capability and accountability across both venues.
* Oversee training, performance management, and development programs.
* Partner with senior leadership to align operations with broader business strategy.
* Manage budgets, cost controls, and commercial performance to achieve sustainable profitability.
* Ensure both venues deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand values.
* Foster strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and community partners.

You're an experienced hospitality leader who excels in dynamic, high‑end environments, pairing strong operational and financial skills with a genuine passion for people and culture.

* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior Restaurant Manager in premium, medium to high‑volume dining.

Remuneration & Growth
* Base Salary: Up to $140,000 + super (commensurate with experience)
