We are proudly partnering with a leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field who are looking to expand their Coffs Harbour Rehabilitation Consulting team with a new graduate OT.
Typical responsibilities include:
* Completing assessments (physical injury, workplace, ergonomic, ADL, FCA)
* Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionals
* Making referrals to external clinicians as needed
* Case management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress, delivering successful return to work outcomes)
