Due to business expansion, we are now seeking a high‐performingBusiness Development Representativeto accelerate our growth across the Wollongong and South Coast regions of NSW. This is a key customer‐facing role, responsible for expanding our footprint with merchant partners, residential builders and commercial construction stakeholders. If you are commercially astute, customer‐centric and motivated to succeed, we want to hear from you.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
* Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across the merchant and builder channels
* Grow market share and contribute to the success of the NSW state sales strategy
* Provide market insights on competitor activity, pricing and customer trends
* Represent Innova at industry events, trade shows and networking functions
* Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare quotes and proposals, and support seamless customer experiences through collaboration with internal teams
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and uphold the values of the Etex Group
About You
* A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within building materials or construction
* Strong knowledge of merchant distribution channels and/or builder sales cycles
* Exceptional relationship‐building, negotiation and closing skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
* High levels of organisation and territory management capability
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory
* CRM proficiency and strong commercial acumen
* Tertiary qualifications (preferred but not essential)
