Sitting on-site at our clients production facility in Pinkemba near the Brisbane airport, you'll be embedded in the operation — working closely with frontline supervisors and site management to keep the workforce moving. This isn't a desk job in a corporate office. You'll be present, visible, and genuinely part of the team partnering closely with site leaders, supervisors, and HR leaders.
You'll manage end-to-end high volume recruitment across trades, production, technical, operational and general labour — from sourcing and screening through to onboarding and induction coordination. Fast-moving, hands-on, and never boring.

What We're Looking For
* Agency or internal end to end recruitment experience
* Blue collar, labour hire, or industrial exposure is a bonus — not essential
* Full mentoring and on-the-job development provided

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for trades, production operators, general labour and site leadership roles
* Partnering directly with supervisors and operations managers on workforce needs
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, networks, referrals and former workforce workers
* Screening, shortlisting, and conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
* Coordinating pre-employment checks — medicals, licences, inductions, and right to work
* Maintaining the ATS and keeping hiring managers informed at every step
* Supporting workforce planning for peak periods, project surges, and shift coverage
* Building a strong local candidate pipeline
Skills & Attributes
* Genuine interest in or experience with blue collar, industrial, or trades recruitment
* Strong communicator — straight-talking, reliable, and easy to work with
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment (not a slow-burn corporate role)
* High attention to detail around compliance, licences, and pre-employment processes
* Resilient — able to juggle priorities, handle last-minute requests, and stay calm under pressure
* Proficient with standard recruitment tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
