Due to business growth, we are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a 7+ year master-planned development project in Highfields, Toowoomba. The finished community will feature 500+ homes, and 2 commercial clubhouse buildings, along with other community amenities.
Reporting to the Qld Construction Manager, this hands-on, community-shaping role will see you run day-to-day site operations, working closely with contractors, and ensuring the project stays on track, on budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day site operations, including quality, safety and contractor performance Oversee civil and residential works, ensuring build sequence, accountability and early issue resolution Run tenders, review pricing and appoint contractors for each stage Handle project reporting, claims, invoices and keep construction updates accurate and timely Lead WHS on site, support handovers, and manage defects and close out with Sales and Operations
About You
Strong construction background across civil, residential and/or commercial; trade or carpentry experience is a bonus for understanding full build sequences Confident, factual communicator who can hold contractors accountable Someone who is comfortable to fully own the project Adaptable, open to new systems, and comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment Ability to build trust, communicate clearly, work well with diverse stakeholders, and enjoy being on site with the team most days
