With this exciting launch comes the opportunity to join our team as Commercial Manager, Regional Victoria. This role is pivotal to driving commercial success in the region and building strong client relationships as we continue our dynamic growth journey.

About the role and you
The role of Commercial Manager (Regional Victoria) will report into the Commercial Director – Regional Victoria and will play an integral role in representing Sports Entertainment Network to the Goulburn Valley and Regional Victoria market, establishing, managing and servicing clients across radio, digital audio (podcasting & live streaming), print, TV, in-stadium & events. We're on the hunt for a driven and personable sales professional ready to make an impact. Ideal candidates will bring energy and deep local insight to the table.
The ideal candidate we are looking for will:
* Thrives on direct communication and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to spark new connections
* Has a proven track record of building meaningful, customer-focused relationships
* Brings 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, with consistent and measurable success
* Understands the Shepparton and greater Goulburn Valley business community, with existing relationships a bonus
* Can connect with brands to understand their key marketing challenges and long-term objectives
* Is skilled in identifying opportunities and initiating relationships with new businesses
* Communicates exceptionally well, both in writing and in speech, with clarity and confidence
* Works hard and collaborates with enthusiasm, contributing to team culture and shared goals
* Radiates energy and shares a genuine passion for sport, media, local news and the content that drives our audience
The successful candidate will ideally have media sales or a sports sponsorship background dealing with key decision makers, and the ability to build rapport with all types of businesses.
