About the role

South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our Health Promotion team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of program objectives, with a particular focus on providing administrative support for the Smiles4Miles (S4M) initiative across South West Victoria.

Position overview

- Part-time (30.4 hours per fortnight), On-going position
- Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administration Grade 1
- Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 pro rata, plus superannuation

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage data, maintain systems, prepare documents, and coordinate bookings. Attention to detail and clear communication are essential for accurate minute-taking, reporting, and supporting smooth team operations. The role also requires the ability to engage and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring positive outcomes.
