Synergie Australia is seeking an Estimator for our State Government client located in Cairns
The important parts:
1. Location: Cairns, QLD
2. Start date: Anytime in December 2025 or January 2026
3. Salary: commensurate with experience (guidelines: $60 - 70K + Superannuation)
4. Supportive and friendly small team environment.
5. Must have Australian work rights and be a permanent resident (Working Holiday Visa holders need not apply)
What you will be required to do:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to maintain high standards
- Arrange and coordinate maintenance requests efficiently between tenants and tradesmen
- Liaise effectively with property owners and tenants to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day property operations with professionalism and attention to detail
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous client-focused experience with a professional and mature approach
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A genuine interest in property management
- Diploma in Real Estate is desirable but not essential as this can be obtained with the support of the company
