Due to experiencing rapid growth we are expanding our teams and are looking for 2 experienced solar installers / roofers/ laborers to come on board, ready to take the next step in their career.
One Solar Australia is a fully integrated solar company with in-house lead generation and sales specialists providing a large volume of installations to be carried out by our in house installation teams that are managed by experienced CEC accredited installers.
The successful candidate will be able to problem-solve, have a proactive work ethic, and participate and contribute to our dynamic team environment. Duties:
* Assist with all aspects of solar installations (domestic/commercial/off grid/grid connect & battery backup)
* Assist with general electrical work (Assisting tradesmen)
* Attend training for professional development
* Assist in the delivery of high standard of installation
Qualifications & experience
* Experience with solar installations
* Working at heights
* White card
* Drivers licence
If you have:
* Solar roofing experience
* Full unrestricted Australian work rights
* Flexibility to undertake short term travel as needed
* Sound judgement and demonstrated organisational ability, time management and problems solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised to strict deadlines
* Professional attitude and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive can do attitude, reliable and hard working
* Are Safety conscious to conduct work as per company policies/procedures
