About the Role
You will work as a key member of our Health Safety and Training team, supporting us to ensure high safety standards across operations. You will work from Monday to Friday, reporting directly to the HST Manager.
Your main tasks will include:
* Supporting the team to maintain a high level of safety and compliance standards.
* Contributing to achieving our targets and building an inclusive safety culture that enhances our way of working.
Responsibilities
This is a varied role with multiple responsibilities including:
* Providing administrative support to the HST team.
* Assisting in maintaining accurate records and data.
* Developing and implementing effective processes and systems.
* Coordinating and scheduling tasks and projects.
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar administration role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
