With the story and passion of our founder Frank Caruso as the foundation of everything that we do, we are looking for a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our company on a full-time basis.
What's on offer?

What you will do:
* Receive and process orders using MYOB
* Respond to customers via phone and email
* Accurately record customer accounts and sales information
* Prepare documents, presentations and filing
* Ensure teams are supported with ad hoc administration responsibilities
* Coordinate charity initiatives
* Respond to all stakeholders via phone, email and office visits
* Meet, host and direct all visitors
* Maintain all common areas
* Ensure efficient running of the office by ensuring all resources are well-stocked
* Manage stationary ordering, mail, office consumables and office directory
* Organize catering for all company functions
To be successful in this role, you need to:
* Be accurate when processing information and customer orders
* Enjoy working at a fast pace, multitasking, and managing time effectively
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* Be effective in managing and resolving customer issues
* Work independently and proactively
* Follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies
* Perform general administrative duties
* Display excellent attention to detail and accuracy
