As a Client Connect Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to our clients across Australia. You will be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working together to provide holistic, evidence-based care. Your clinical environment will be driven by human-centered principles and supported by generous professional development opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include managing client enrolment into our healthcare program, processing new referrals to the service, working alongside other Client Connect Specialists, and building partnerships with internal teams. We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service or a call centre, strong administration and time management skills, tech savvy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for health and commitment to making a real difference in the community.
This role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. You will be required to handle sensitive information and maintain a high standard of ethics and integrity.
