This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your leadership career with a company committed to safety, service and community.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of bus drivers to deliver reliable and customer-focused servicesDrive and support day-to-day operations, including scheduling, absentee management, and resource planningEnsure services are delivered safely and in line with fatigue management regulations and enterprise agreementsHandle roster variations, pay queries and other administrative tasks to ensure payroll accuracyMaintain a strong safety culture, respond to incidents, and support investigations when requiredFoster a high-performance team culture, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvementEnsure depot presentation, fleet cleanliness, and maintenance standards are metBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, regulatory bodies and the publicWhat You'll BringProven experience leading teams in an operational environmentStrong decision-making skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstancesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesA valid HR licence or willingness to obtain one (bus driving required)Working with Children Check and current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)Strong computer skills and familiarity with operational systemsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to safety and complianceWhy Join Us?
