Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external queries. You will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for staff and contractors, coordinating local and international award and festival submissions, liaising with HR and IT to ensure new starters are set up correctly, coordinating the management and usage of internal IT and telephone systems, working with Finance to ensure budgetary requirements are met, dealing with financial related matters for office administration, organising couriers and postage for staff and contractors, managing digital and other data management archives, and researching and producing the internal Matchbox newsletter.
Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
* Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks.
* Provide support and guidance to new starters.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.

* Strong interpersonal skills compatible with working within a creative production company.
* Experience working in a busy, multi-tasking and demanding office environment.
* Prior administrative experience.
