The Role
This marks an exciting new chapter for Rado as we prepare to open our first Australian Retail Boutique this May in Melbourne. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador for the brand, responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique.
* Support Boutique Management with day-to-day operational tasks as required
* Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets
* Uphold the highest service standards
* Build and maintain a strong client relationship
* Open and close the boutique when needed
* Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the management team
* Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity
* Oversee the organisation, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties
* Provide feedback to the Boutique Manager on team performance and areas for improvement
* Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and product range
* Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines
* Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years retail experience in the high-range or luxury sector preferred
* Highly developed and proven customer service and clientelling skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
* Visual merchandising proficiency
* Strong time management skills
* Collaborative team player with energy and drive
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Full time flexible availability
* Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience preferred but not essential
* Be a true brand ambassador with the ability to represent and promote the brand with passion and professionalism
