WE'RE HIRING: PERSONAL TRAINER/GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Fitness Matters Jimboomba is growing – and we're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
o Delivering 1:1 Personal Training sessions tailored to client goals
o Creating safe, fun, and results-focused programs
o Tracking client/member progress (and celebrating their wins)
o Keeping the vibe high and the energy up — always
o Assisting with gym floor duties during quieter periods (yes, we all pitch in)
o Representing the Fitness Matters Jimboomba brand with passion and professionalism
o Help promote programs on socials
o Running high-energy group fitness classes (preferable but not mandatory)
You'll be perfect for this role if you:
* Hold a Cert IV in Fitness
* Are confident leading classes or coaching individuals
* Know how to program for real results
* Have a down-to-earth, approachable attitude
* Thrive in a team that supports and pushes each other
* Are reliable, motivated, and genuinely love helping people
