About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time position based at Berrimah, NT. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.
Responsibilities
Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment, ensuring to Never Walk Past.
Assist in managing the sales and operation activities of our store.
Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
Assist in contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
Ensure compliance with retail-ready standards and behaviours, including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
Assist with warehouse duties (forklift licence desirable).
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm.
Qualification & Conditions
Forklift licence is desirable.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, and a background check.
