We’re searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chef to join our agile kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across multiple outlets
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Supporting menu execution with creativity and consistency
- Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience (preferred but not essential)
- A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
