This role covers maternity leave for 12 months. The position suits a seasoned digital project management professional who can confidently oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic web and digital initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure a seamless online client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of digital and website projects from initial scoping through to delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project requirements manage expectations and communicate progress clearly.
* Manage resources and delivery schedules across multiple concurrent initiatives ensuring operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
* Drive EY Oceania's web and SEO strategy with a particular focus on AI-led optimisation to improve traffic engagement and conversion.
* Monitor and report on web performance metrics in partnership with analytics teams.
* Oversee the handling of web enquiries ensuring they are routed to the appropriate business units and tracked for revenue attribution.
* Coordinate with global digital teams to advocate for enhancements and changes that will improve the client experience.
* Lead and support a distributed web team providing coaching guidance and quality assurance across all web activities.
