We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing strategy and bring the Allkinds brand to life across campaigns, social media, influencer programs, PR, and retail activations. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a hands-on, creative leadership role where you’ll shape how we connect with young, modern beauty consumers through a tone that’s fun, confident, and relevant. Please note: this is a 12-month fixed term contract role ABOUT THE ROLE: Develop and execute Allkinds’ marketing and campaign strategy across social, paid media, PR, events, and influencers. Partner with media agencies to build awareness and reach. Analyse campaign performance and manage the annual marketing budget. Lead campaign execution for brand awareness and product launches. Write compelling copy for visual merchandising and marketing. Brief creative teams and manage timelines for campaign delivery. Drive social strategy to grow engagement and reach. Manage influencer relationships, gifting programs, and content creation. Stay ahead of trends and emerging platforms. Plan and execute brand activations and events to drive traffic and awareness. Manage PR and event agency relationships and output. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver memorable consumer experiences. Build strong relationships with centre management teams. Oversee marketing materials for activations and store openings. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (preferred). Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign execution, and media planning. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Experience in beauty or youth lifestyle brands is a plus. Current or willing to undergo a Working with Childrens Check. Creative, curious, and confident. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
