Job Title: Factual Investigator (Australia-Wide)
About the Role Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations is the national leader in the insurance investigation industry with 38 years of experience. We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Factual Investigators located across Australia to join our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
* Conducting professional interviews in various formats (although mainly via video).
* Analysing evidence and identifying avenues for further inquiry.
* Thoroughly investigating discrepancies in evidence regarding Personal Injury (e.g. Work Cover, CTP) or General Insurance (e.g. Property and Motor) claims.
* Preparing timely, accurate reports that clearly canvass the evidence obtained.
Requirements To be successful, you must address the following criteria in your application:
* Experience: Demonstrated experience in Personal Injury and/or General Insurance factual investigations.
* Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, liability principles, and investigative techniques.
* Skills: Solid digital literacy, including confidence using cloud-based systems (like Google Workspace), online investigation tools, and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
* Logistics: A current driver's licence, reliable transport, and a satisfactory criminal history.
* Attributes: Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
