We are seeking a professional to fill the full-time role of Warehouse Supervisor at our branch.
About the Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing all work activity relating to product receipt, storage, assembly, loading, and delivery. You will also be required to maintain equipment service and maintenance schedules, provide coaching and mentorship to employees as needed, control warehouse expenses, liaise with management regarding labor requirements and process changes, promote safe working procedures, and ensure policies are implemented and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of up to 10 people
* Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations
* Maintain equipment and facility
* Control costs and optimize resources
* Liaise with management and stakeholders
Requirements
* WA Police Clearance Certificate
* Driver's license
* Forklift license (advantageous)
* Proven experience in warehousing and distribution management
* Exceptional time management and communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Experience managing rosters and resources
* Understanding of HACCP, WHS, and HR
