Who are we looking for?
As a Client Solutions Director, you will develop holistic marketing and media solutions for our clients. As the lead client contact, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, participating in new pitches, and ensuring client satisfaction and health. As a leader, you will drive team performance, support talent development, and foster a positive team environment. Additionally, you will oversee financial commitments, ensure compliance with contracts, and drive operational efficiencies, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You're a confident, people-first leader with:
* Media agency experience (5+ years)
* A strong grasp of media strategy, planning and client delivery
* Commercial smarts and a sharp eye for growth opportunities
* A proven track record of leading and developing teams
* The ability to juggle detail and big-picture thinking with ease
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, backs your team, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to whatever the day throws at you.
