We have a great opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated Receptionist to join our friendly team of accountants in West Perth. The practice specialises in income tax.
The role involves a variety of tasks including, but not limited to -
* Reception duties including answering and directing calls, customer service
* Mail collection, distribution and franking
* Photocopying/scanning/ filing/archiving of documents
* Responding to email enquiries
* Assisting with client appointments and processing payments
* Entering timesheets
* Word processing
* Document preparation including binding
Your Skills and Experience
* Previous business administration or equivalent experience
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ability to learn and utilise in-house software (HandiSoft and MYOB experience preferred but not essential)
* Accurate data entry skills
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Work autonomously and ensure job tasks are completed on time
* Team player
