Our client is a well-established and growing flooring and construction business seeking a Senior Administrator to support day-to-day operations and keep jobs running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in trades environments who enjoys taking ownership and working closely with a small team.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing client, supplier, and internal communication
* Coordinating job scheduling, inspections, and staff allocations
* Maintaining accurate records across CRM and job management systems
* Preparing and issuing quotes, tracking and following up as required
* Raising invoices and monitoring accounts receivable
* Following up outstanding payments and reporting to the owners
* Escalating variations, disputes, or non-standard requests
* Keeping admin processes organised and up to date
What you'll need:
* Experience in senior administration within construction, flooring, or trades
* Strong understanding of construction workflows and terminology
* Experience using CRM or job management software
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage priorities independently
