 
        
        Bis is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team in Tomago. This role will provide financial, strategic, and commercial insights to drive decision-making, strengthen governance, and support revenue growth.
What you’ll do 
- Build and maintain financial models for tenders, pricing reviews, and contract variations.
- Analyse account profitability, recoveries, and leakage across contracts.
- Deliver revenue and margin forecasts for budgeting and planning.
- Monitor and report on recoverable charges, contract compliance, and pipeline performance.
- Gather and analyse competitor and market intelligence to support business development and account management.
- Provide modelling and sensitivity analysis for tenders and proposals.
- Support strategic projects including diversification, expansion initiatives, and board/executive reporting.
What we’re looking for 
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Solid financial modelling and data analysis capability (advanced Excel; Power BI desirable).
- Commercial acumen with experience in contract analysis, risk identification, and market pricing models.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly, including to executives.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to operations in heavy industry or mining is highly regarded.
- Experience with JDE ERP systems beneficial.
