Financial Accountant/Analyst | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start
We are seeking an ambitious financial accountant/analyst to join a rapidly growing ASX retailer in the Southeast.
This role will offer support across three teams including financial control, FP&A and commercial.

Description
Prepare and post monthly journals (accruals, prepayments, adjustments) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reporting deliverables and audit preparation.
Prepare cost centre reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights on financial performance.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance reporting systems, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Partner with both sales and operations.
Profile
Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance or similar
Progress towards CPA or CA certification (or recently qualified)
Open to a first time mover out of audit/bus services
High energy and ambition to grow through the business
Exceptional comms and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
Availability immediately or at short notice
