We are a profitable, founder-led business entering a significant growth phase through 2026. We are seeking a specialist Email Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of our email marketing programs across all brands. This is not a generalist marketing role, we are looking for someone deeply experienced in email strategy, automation, deliverability, copywriting, and revenue growth through email marketing. Duties & Responsibilities What you'll actually do: Audit our current email program across all brands within your first 90 days, deliverability, content, segmentation, journey architecture, the lot - and present a prioritised rebuild plan to the exec team Redesign the program from scratch across messaging, journeys, creative, segmentation, and infrastructure Write, build, and send campaigns yourself. This role owns execution, not just strategy Carry a direct revenue target for email-attributed pipeline and bookings across the group Own and manage our marketing automation stack including Salesforce (Lightning), Customer.io, Parcel, and Litmus Diagnose deliverability issues, improve sender reputation, and maintain strong compliance practices Use AI as part of your daily workflow - not as a gimmick, but as a genuine operational advantage across copy, reporting, analysis, optimisation, and production workflows You'll have genuine autonomy over the function and direct influence on revenue performance across the business. Desired Experience & Qualification What we need to see: 5 years in email marketing, ideally across multiple brands, clients, or business environments Proven experience auditing and rebuilding broken or underperforming email programs with measurable commercial outcomes Deep hands-on platform experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io (or equivalent platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze), Litmus, and Parcel Strong deliverability knowledge - SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain reputation, list hygiene, GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance Strong copywriting ability.
