We are now seeking a boots on the grounds coordinator to join our growing Regional Victoria team. This role is perfect for someone who loves driving, enjoys autonomy, and wants to play a crucial part in the property journey, from build completion to welcoming new tenants.
The Role:
* Conducting new build property completion inspections across regional Victoria
* Managing handover & key collections for newly built properties
* Overseeing the commencement of leasing processes
* Travelling to properties across Bendigo, Shepparton, Benalla, Lucknow, Bairnsdale, and surrounding regions
* Representing Patrick Leo with professionalism and care, ensuring landlords and tenants have a seamless experience
What we're looking for:
* strong understanding on Property Completion Inspections, new build properties and Handover process preferred
* Solid IT and reporting skills - comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and property software to prepare reports and updates
* Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (minimum requirement) or working towards completion.
* A valid driver's licence
* Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the road and travelling between properties
* Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
* A flexible, proactive, and hard-working attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
