Key responsibilities include engaging with project stakeholders, monitoring internal metrics, leading and enhancing processes, and developing stakeholder relationships.
Required skills and qualifications include extensive experience in project management or project support roles, preferably within Defence or similar environments. Experience in engaging and managing relationships with various stakeholders is also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
